These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Marble Solitaire (Peg Game) mobile application (“App”) provided by Brainvire (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the Marble Solitaire (Peg Game) app on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal and non-commercial use.
If you download the app from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

The App may offer:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
