1.2 The AI Daily Plannerr App is a productivity and task-management solution designed to simplify daily planning and synchronize entries across multiple devices.
1.3 The AI Daily Plannerr App is offered in both a free basic version and a paid commercial version (hereinafter “AI Daily Plannerr Pro”). All advanced features are accessible only within AI Daily Plannerr Pro.
1.4 By installing, accessing, or using the AI Daily Plannerr App (including the free or Pro version), You agree that these Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement.
1.5 We do not accept conflicting or differing terms from You unless expressly confirmed by Us in writing.
1.6 These Terms and Conditions apply to all versions of the AI Daily Plannerr App.
2.1 The features of the AI Daily Plannerr App are described in the respective app store listings, including hardware and software requirements.
2.2 In accordance with applicable Indian laws, We may provide updates to maintain and improve the functionality, security, and compatibility of the AI Daily Plannerr App. Additional updates or improvements may be released at Our discretion. A stable internet connection is required for full functionality.

3.3 Subscriptions are payable in advance for the full subscription period. Billing is managed by the app store or integrated payment service providers.
3.4 Subscriptions automatically renew for the originally selected period unless cancelled prior to the end of the billing cycle.
